Eine Startgelderstattung bei Abmeldung wird es maximal bis eine Woche vor dem entsprechenden Turnier geben, wenn der Startplatz von uns nachbesetzt werden kann. Bitte habt Verständnis dafür!!

WICHTIG: Es wird allen Tagen den J0 nur dann geben, wenn wir mindestens 6 Teams in der Klasse 0 haben. Sind es weniger, dann wird der A0 als 2nd Chance gelaufen.
Jeder Starter kann als Helfer eingeteilt werden!

CAMPING!
Die Campinggebühren von 5,-€ pro Übernachtung bitte zusammen mit dem Meldegeld auf das Vereinskonto überweisen. Wenn man trotz Meldung nicht mehr Campen möchte, unbedingt per Mail abmelden!
Die Anreise ist am Mittwoch des Turnierwochenendes ab 15:00 Uhr möglich.

VERPFLEGUNG!
Wie immer gibt es bei uns am Samstag und Sonntag bei Voranmeldung ein kleines Frühstücks-Buffet.
Kosten 5,- Euro pro Person pro Tag
Dieses ist von 8:15 Uhr bis 10:00 Uhr aufgebaut.
Anmeldungen bis spätestens den Montag vor dem jeweiligen Turnierwochenende - einfach per Mail an tina@agility-flash.de.
Die Planung für das Mittag- und Abendessen am Samstag und Sonntag wird 14 Tage vor der jeweiligen Veranstaltung gestartet.

IMPORTANT: There will only be the J0 if we have at least 6 teams in class 0. If there are fewer, then the A0 is run as a 2nd chance.
Each starter can be assigned as a helper!

CAMPING!
Please transfer the camping fees of €5 per night to the club account together with the registration fee. If you no longer want to camp despite having registered, be sure to unsubscribe by email!
Arrival is possible on the Friday of the tournament weekend from 3:00 p.m.

CATERING!
As always, we have a small breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday if you register in advance.
Costs 5 euros per person per day
This is set up from 8:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Registrations by the Monday before the respective tournament weekend at the latest - simply send an email to tina@agility-flash.de.
Planning for lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday starts 14 days before the respective event.
